The 10-Year Genesis Plan
Years 1–4: The Foundation & Endowment
Establish our physical presence by acquiring and retrofitting the Primary Sanctuary (Fraternity House), the Content House, and a dedicated outdoor Event Space in Atlanta. We will seed a massive $1.5 million initial endowment to guarantee long-term scholarship generation, and launch our 4-Year Student Excellence Financial Plan.
Years 5–9: Expansion & Graduate Rollout
Initiate the 5-Year Graduate Chapter rollout to ensure lifelong networking pipelines for alumni. We will deploy an aggressively expanding branded transportation fleet—including a luxury tour bus—to transport our varsity rosters to national events, raising our brand visibility to rival traditional NCAA athletics.
Year 10: National Supremacy
Solidify Gamma Alpha Mu as a permanent, nationally recognized institution via our 10-Year National Expansion strategy. Our goal culminates in chapters planted across the nation, unparalleled dominance in collegiate mind sports, and the premier pipeline for minority talent in the digital tech sector.
